Cancellation Policy

You will be contacted to schedule and set up a payment method. Then you will receive a reminder 24 hours before your initial consultation. To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 24 hours in advance. If not cancelled on time a $150 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. After two no-shows or cancellations, you will be dropped or placed at the bottom of the waitlist. You will then be invoiced for every hour it takes to review and create the report.
